Payouts from your donation page run daily. Stripe sends the available balance in your connected account to the bank account you provided during onboarding.
The schedule is not configurable today, so you cannot change it to weekly or monthly from the Payments page. If a different payout schedule matters to your campaign, contact support and let us know.
You can see your balance, payout schedule, and payout history in the Payouts card on the Transactions tab of www.raisemore.app/payments.
Your bank account and other account details are on the Account tab, and statements and tax documents for your account are on the Documents tab.
FAQ
What happens on a day with no contributions?
Nothing. If there is no available balance, no payout is created. Payouts only run when there is money to send.
How long does a payout take to arrive?
Once a payout is sent it typically reaches a US bank account within a couple of business days. The exact timing is set by Stripe and your bank, not by Raise More.
Why has my first payout not arrived yet?
Stripe holds the first payout on a new account longer than later ones while it completes verification. This is normal and it settles into the daily schedule afterwards.
When will one specific contribution be paid out?
Open the payment on the Transactions tab, or read it from your donations table at www.raisemore.app/donations. Two columns there carry the dates: Balance Available Date is when the money becomes available for payout.
Why is today's payout smaller than the contributions I received?
Contributions become available for payout on a rolling basis rather than the moment they are charged, and fees, refunds, and disputes are deducted from the balance. The Payouts card on the Transactions tab shows what each payout is made up of.
Can I get paid out sooner than the daily schedule?
In short, no. If you think instant payout is something that would benefit your campaign, contact support and let us know.
Why did a payout not go out at all?
The most common reasons are no available balance, a negative balance, or outstanding requirements on your Stripe account. Check the Overview tab of the Payments page for a notification banner from Stripe, and contact support if nothing there explains it.
