Open the Events page and select your event.
When a supporter submits the RSVP form, Raise More adds them to the guest list, links them to a contact, and sends them a confirmation email. You do not need to do anything.
What guests fill in
Guests choose Going, Maybe, or Can't go, enter their name and email (phone is optional), and click Submit RSVP.
How the RSVP is matched to a contact
If a contact already has the same email address, the RSVP is linked to that contact. If no contact matches, Raise More creates a new contact from the name and email. The event then appears in the Events section of the contact's profile.
When the RSVP page stops accepting responses
The RSVP deadline has passed.
The event has been canceled.
The event has reached its Capacity. Guests can still respond Maybe or Can't go.
