Open your form from the Forms page. Publishing makes it available to anyone with its public link.
Publish the form
Check your form in Edit and save any changes.
Click Publish on Overview or in the builder. Publishing from the builder saves unsaved changes first.
Confirm that the status is Published. The builder shows the public address next to Live at.
If Publish is unavailable, check the builder for a validation message. The form needs a required Email field mapped to Contact: Email.
Share the hosted link
Open the form’s Overview tab and find the Share card.
Under Hosted link, click the adjacent Copy button.
Paste the link wherever you want to share the form.
Embed the form on your website
In the same Share card, find Embed code.
Click its Copy button.
Paste the complete iframe code into your website editor’s HTML or embed block.
Use the link and code generated for your own form. The default signup form has its own separate embed code.
