Open the Events page and select your event.

Unpublish - open the event and click Unpublish. The RSVP link stops working until you publish the event again. The guest list stays in place.

Cancel - open the event, click the … menu, and click Cancel. The RSVP page tells visitors the event has been canceled. Guests are not notified.

Archive - on the Events page, open the actions menu on the event's row and click Archive. The event moves to the Archived view and its RSVP link stops working.

Canceling and archiving cannot be undone.
