Raise More CRM is available for iPhone, compatible iPads, and Android devices. Downloading the app is free. You need a Raise More account to sign in.
On iPhone or iPad
Open the App Store and search for Raise More CRM, or open the official App Store listing.
Check the listing’s Compatibility section for your device. The current listing requires iOS 15.1 or later.
Tap Get and complete any Apple Account confirmation that appears.
Open Raise More CRM after installation.

On Android
Open Google Play and search for Raise More CRM, or open the official Google Play listing.
Tap Install and complete any store-account confirmation that appears.

Sign in to your Raise More account
Use the same Raise More account you use on the web. Follow the available email-and-password or Google sign-in option for that account. Complete any verification or multi-factor prompt. Use the account connected to your organization.
Why does the App Store ask for a payment method?
The app’s download price is free. A payment-method prompt from the App Store concerns your Apple Account. Apple can require a valid payment method even for a free download; this is not a universal requirement for every account. See Apple’s download troubleshooting steps.
If Apple shows “billing problem with previous purchase” or “verification required,” check Apple’s unpaid-balance guidance.
If you want to remove a saved Apple payment method, open Settings, select your name, then Payment & Shipping. Use Edit and remove the eligible method. Some subscriptions, unpaid balances, and Family Sharing arrangements require a method to stay on file. Follow Apple’s current removal instructions; there is no general “None” option to select.
