Installing the Raise More CRM mobile app

How to download and sign in to Raise More CRM on iPhone and Android, and what to do if the App Store asks for payment info.

Raise More CRM is available on both iPhone/iPad and Android. You sign in with the same email and password you use on the web.

On iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Search for Raise More CRM, or use this direct link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/raise-more-crm/id6624309117

  3. Tap Get to install. (Requires iOS 15.1 or later.)

  4. Open the app and sign in with your Raise More email and password.

On Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Search for Raise More CRM, or use this direct link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=raisemore.app.test1

  3. Tap Install.

  4. Open the app and sign in with your Raise More email and password.

"The App Store is asking for my credit card — is that required for Raise More?"

No. Raise More CRM is free, and we never ask for or store credit card or payment information. This prompt comes from Apple (or Google), not from Raise More.

Apple requires a valid payment method on your Apple ID before it will let you download any app, including free ones. It's an account-verification step on Apple's side.

If you'd rather not add a card to your Apple ID, you can set your payment method to None:

  1. On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name at the top.

  2. Tap Payment & Shipping (you may need to sign in).

  3. Add or select None as the payment method, then save.

If "None" isn't offered, Apple may require a payment method on that account for verification — that's an Apple policy and unfortunately outside our control. Apple's own support article on this is here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/118228

Once the app is installed, no payment info is ever needed to use Raise More.
