Choose the email address and display name recipients see in the Sender section of an email campaign.
Set the sender address and From name
Open Email Campaigns and select an unsent draft.
Open the Sender section.
Choose an address under Verified email address.
Enter the display name you want recipients to see in From name. It starts with the name saved on the verified identity.
Click Save and continue.
Reopen the draft's Sender section to check the saved name and address.
Changing From name here only changes this campaign. It does not rename the saved verified identity.
If the address is missing
Manage sender identities at Settings > Verified Emails. You need a verified address before you can select it for a campaign. See How do I verify my email address for campaigns?
Reply-to address
The campaign builder does not provide a separate Reply-to editor. Choose a From address your team can monitor for replies. There is no Reply-to field to change in the Sender section.
