Open Texting → All Campaigns to find saved drafts and review the sending history that exists in your organization. Each row is a campaign. Opening this list does not send a message.
Find a campaign
Use the quick filter to search for a recognizable campaign name or message. Use Filter → Narrow records → Status to show drafts or another status. Complete the filter value and wait for the table to settle. A result with zero records means no campaigns match that filter; it is not evidence that a message was sent.
Click a campaign’s name to open its details. An unsent Draft can be edited. Draft does not by itself mean a campaign is scheduled for later: inspect the campaign’s status and send-time settings separately.
Read the columns
Created: when the campaign was created.
Status: the campaign’s current state, such as Draft, Sending, Sent, or Failed. Other states can appear when applicable.
Sent At: when sending occurred, if present.
Name: the internal campaign name and link to its details.
Text Message: the authored message. Hover over a truncated cell to inspect its content.
Progress: the sending progress when sending has started.
Sent: the sent-message count, with a link to the associated contacts when a count is available.
Delivered: reported deliveries. Delivery is not a recipient read receipt.
Clicked: recorded link clicks, when available.
Landline: messages associated with a landline result.
Unreachable: the app’s filtered/unreachable result category. Use the linked details when present to investigate.
A draft has no sending results yet. Blank cells should not be interpreted as successful delivery. The current table has Clicked and Unreachable columns; it does not have an “Unread” recipient-read count.
Review a result
For a campaign with sending results, open the relevant count to inspect its contact list. Sent and Delivered are different stages, and neither proves someone read your SMS. If the list is wider than your screen, scroll horizontally to see the remaining columns.
For a draft, return to its details to review the audience, sender and text before any test or send action. Managing filters or opening a report does not schedule or finalize a campaign.
